Over the past 23 years, I’ve had the good fortune of being considered one of the pioneers of the Internet Entrepreneurial Movement, and earned the distinction of being among the very first network marketers to earn a six-figure income online.  I know what it takes to succeed, and it doesn’t happen by peddling empty promises, boasting of being the “world’s best company” and lying about how you can get rich by doing nothing! 

By applying the principals of Primary Greatness and Compassionate Marketing, I was able to grow a sales and marketing organisation of 358,000 men and women, spanning 39 countries, in just eighteen months — without ever holding a hotel meeting, without filling anyone’s garage or spare bedroom with useless products, and without leaving my home on the beach in South Florida. This industry made it possible for me to take two years off to care for a loved one with cancer, so that their final years of life could be rich and filled with love and tenderness. After that loss, I decided to spend the next seven years regrouping, doing some introspective spiritual study and mindfulness practice, and to write a few books that needed to be shared.

In 2010, I made the decision with a few close friends and business associates that we would carefully evaluate the industry’s top producers, and determine which companies could meet the exacting criteria I have set for a company with which I would partner for the next ten years. We set the date for January 2012 to begin developing a brand new team of leaders throughout the world, and on January 2nd, Team VISION Global announced its decision to become involved with ForMor International, and my good friend, international success, Ryszard Lagodka, to bring the message of Primary Greatness, Personal Health and Financial Fitness to the world.

Many of you already know too that I suffered a mild stroke last month, and while I am fortunate that the only residual affect I suffered is a slightly annoying droop in the corner of my mouth, which becomes a little more prominent when I am tired, it was a radical wake-up call for me to be sure.

I think it’s disgraceful to see so many so-called MLM ‘leaders’ continuing to move their teams from one program to another… some on an almost bi-monthly basis.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS…

When a company offers a “heavy hitter” an “incentive” to move their group to another company, it almost always includes special “backroom brokered deals” for that heavy hitter… deals you will never hear about… and why? Because the ONLY person who financially benefits from the move is the “heavy hitter”.

They don’t care about your success. They care about their first bonus cheque… and in a couple months, will do the same thing all over again, just to ensure that they get to cash in on YOUR hard work.

They’re not looking at developing a team, supporting an organisation or helping you reach your financial goals…these people are in a mad panic to create a huge one-off cheque before moving to their next big thing.

Moving from company to company has one effect on your business… it weakens it… it destroys your credibility… and it slows your MOMENTUM.

Wake up people! Let these so-called leaders know enough is ENOUGH!!

My goal in 2012 is to cultivate, support and encourage Primary Greatness – a principle necessary for one to achieve lasting happiness, better health & financial fitness. I know that this goal will require the assistance and effort of those who share my vision, and who are ready to transform their own lives in the process.

I’ve spent the better part of the past several years doing my due diligence and carefully determining how each piece of this masterplan would fit into the next. If I was going to make a difference… if I was going to transform the lives of those I touch… I needed to be prepared to inspire them, encourage them and provide them with a proven plan of action to make their dreams and aspirations come true.

This wasn’t just about helping them to make more money than they’d ever dreamed possible; although that would be one of the benefits of following the program. And it wasn’t about helping them to become more healthy, vibrant and self-confident; while that certainly was one of the higher priorities among my objectives. It was about personal empowerment. And that meant that my number one focus would be the individuals with whom I would commit myself to working for the next 24 months.

There are literally dozens of exceptional lead generation, business development, training and “downline builder” programs out there for network marketing entrepreneurs to choose from. Additionally, there are programs which promise to teach the secrets of viral blogging, content marketing, and search engine optimisation… all at a price tag that ranges from $20-$30 a month to $900 for a “special CD series”.  And I am not here to discredit any of them, although realistically, only about 5% of them offer anything of any value. Intelligent and savvy entrepreneurs know when something sounds too good to be true, it generally is.

So why don’t I promote the handful of programs out there that do offer legitimate information?
